Today, May 5th marks our 21st anniversary! Not many restaurants in Montreal achieve this! As many of you know, it hasn't been without a lot of hard work and some very heartbreaking moments. Here is a picture we are very proud of that shows the original 3 owners that started this beautiful restaurant in 2005. Only one of them remains with us today, chef Luis. His passion and dedication to this restaurant is what has kept us going despite all of the challenges. We honor Tony and Passos on this special day for being a part of such a wonderful family owned restaurant and for always making our customers feel at home. We strive every day to continue their legacy and make them proud. Join us to celebrate all of the wonderful memories and to make new ones ❤️❤️❤️
Aujourd’hui, le 5 mai, nous fêtons notre 21e anniversaire ! Peu de restaurants à Montréal peuvent en dire autant ! Comme beaucoup d’entre vous le savent, cela n’a pas été sans beaucoup de travail acharné et quelques moments très difficiles. Voici une photo dont nous sommes très fiers, qui montre les trois propriétaires d’origine qui ont lancé ce magnifique restaurant en 2005. Un seul d'entre eux est encore parmi nous aujourd'hui, le chef Luis. C'est sa passion et son dévouement envers ce restaurant qui nous ont permis de persévérer malgré toutes les difficultés. En ce jour spécial, nous rendons hommage à Tony et Passos pour avoir fait partie de ce merveilleux restaurant familial et pour avoir toujours su faire en sorte que nos clients se sentent comme chez eux. Nous nous efforçons chaque jour de perpétuer leur héritage et de les rendre fiers. Rejoignez-nous pour célébrer tous ces merveilleux souvenirs et en créer de nouveaux. ❤️❤️❤️

Great News!!! We offically got our permit today for our terrace and the city has approved us moving it a bit past the edge of our building on the corner so it will be the same size as last year!! We are soooo happy!!! The contractors are working on what needs to be modified and it will be built within the week! We can't wait for summer terrace season! Hope to see you all there 😃😍❤️
Super nouvelle!!! Nous avons officiellement obtenu aujourd’hui notre permis pour notre terrasse, et la ville nous a autorisés à la déplacer un peu au-delà du bord de notre immeuble, au coin de la rue, pour qu’elle ait la même taille que l’année dernière !! Nous sommes tellement contents!!! Les entrepreneurs s’occupent actuellement des modifications nécessaires et la terrasse sera construite dans la semaine prochaine ! Nous avons hâte que la saison estivale commence ! On espère vous y voir tous 😃😍❤️

One year ago today we lost Passos to cancer. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't miss him at the restaurant. His smile and laugh were addictive and his story telling was one of the best. He made the restaurant his second home and made everyone feel welcome. We love you and we miss you. May you rest in peace.
Il y a un an aujourd'hui, nous avons perdu Passos, emporté par un cancer. Il ne se passe pas un jour sans qu'il ne nous manque au restaurant. Son sourire et son rire étaient contagieux, et il était l'un des meilleurs conteurs qui soient. Il avait fait du restaurant sa deuxième maison et mettait tout le monde à l'aise. Nous t'aimons et tu nous manques. Repose en paix.

We are back from an amazing vacation in Portugal! Wonderful family time in Madeira and Lisbon. Amazing food and adventures. We look forward to seeing you all as we reopen tomorrow, Monday, January 26th at 11:30am. Stay warm in this crazy cold weather!
Nous sommes de retour d'un séjour extraordinaire au Portugal ! Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments en famille à Madère et à Lisbonne. La cuisine était délicieuse et nous avons vécu des aventures incroyables. Nous avons hâte de vous revoir tous dès demain, lundi 26 janvier, à 11h30, pour la réouverture. Restez bien au chaud malgré ce froid glacial !
