A little brightness for the fall season.
Orange and cranberry come together with a touch of tarragon for a lemonade that’s citrusy, tart and refreshingly unexpected.
A refreshing lemonade for those crisp autumn days.

Introducing Kenya Nyeri Ndiaini. This small lot is a naturally processed coffee and is a vibrant expression of the region. Roasted medium light for filter, expect strawberry and apricot, orange, and a touch of baking spice with a rounded and sweet finish.

Farm Story
Ndiaini Factory is a central coffee processing station affiliated with the Rumukia Farmers' Cooperative Society in Nyeri County, Kenya. Established in 1979, Rumukia is one of the region's older cooperative societies and supports 315 smallholder farmers through agronomic training, quality assurance, sustainability initiatives and traceability.

Coffee is cultivated at approximately 1,815 metres above sea level, where the cool climate and mineral-rich soils surrounding Mount Kenya encourage slow cherry maturation. For this limited natural lot, carefully selected ripe cherries were fermented whole and slowly dried on raised beds, producing a sweet, fruit forward coffee that retains Nyeri's vibrant acidity and clarity.

Our newest fall favourite, an espresso crafted for the seasons warmest moments.

Golden Hour comes from Bitta Farm in Ethiopia's forested Kaffa region, an area deeply connected to the origins and extraordinary diversity of Arabica coffee. Set among the mountainous forests of southwestern Ethiopia, Bitta Farm spans approximately 445 hectares at elevations of 1,900-2,050 metres above sea level.

Farm owner and manager Asmamaw Wodemariam oversees the coffee from cultivation through processing. Here, the indigenous Wolisho variety grows in clay loam soils before ripe cherries are carefully selected and fully washed. After pulping, the coffee is fermented for approximately 24-48 hours, washed with clean water and slowly dried on raised African beds.

Cerro Las Ranas, meaning “Hill of Frogs,” takes its name from a lagoon on the farm that is home to thousands of frogs. Located in Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador, the coffee is grown by José Antonio Salaverria and his family through JASAL, a family owned coffee operation known for its careful attention to quality from the farm through to the cupping table. Growing between 1,450 & 1,780 metres above sea level in volcanic loam, Cerro Las Ranas brings together several varieties, including Bourbon, Pacamara, Pacas, Caturra, Catuai and Sarchimor. After harvest, ripe cherries are pulped while leaving the sweet mucilage surrounding the coffee seed intact. The coffee is then carefully dried on patios and raised tables, with regular turning to encourage even drying. This honey process helps contribute to the coffee’s sweetness and rounded character, creating an expressive and approachable El Salvador coffee.

This Hafi lot comes from Muyinga Province in northeastern Burundi, where Bourbon coffee is cultivated across remote, high elevation hillsides. The Hafi processing station brings cherry collection closer to approximately 2,000 smallholder farmers, allowing freshly harvested fruit to reach processing more quickly. Naturally processed at 1,715 metres above sea level, the coffee develops concentrated fruit sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. Roasted medium-light for filter brewing, the cup offers expressive notes of strawberry, honey and dried cherry, supported by lively acidity and a delicate floral finish.
