**Position:** Kitchen Helper
**Salary:** Competitive hourly wage plus tips

Pho Anh Restaurant is a renowned dining spot in the heart of Montreal, known for its authentic Vietnamese cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and storing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled
- Help with plating and garnishing dishes
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
- Take out the trash and ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitary
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
