PIKLIZ MAISON
I still remember the first time I tried pikliz- here in our lovely city we have a large Haitian population, each year at parc lafontaine they would hold a festival and obviously the food stalls were super popular. I got a plate of all the traditional stuff but really loved the spicy side condiment, so after charming one of the chefs I got her recipe and have been making it ever since!
We put this on a sandwich with homemade sausage, mayo lettuce and fife bun.
