New year, new item!!! Introducing our Asado birria "SHOO POWWW" aka Siopao (Filipino steamed meat bun that shows the influence from Chinese immigrants and also Spanish colonialists). Asado is a Kapampangan-style stew. The brisket is first marinated in soy, garlic and calamansi juice. Then braised in tomato sauce until tender. We use cheddar and eden cheese from the Philippines then garnished it with red onions and coriander. Everything hugged by the fluffiest bun you've ever had!!! Our "SHOO POWWW" will be available starting next Wednesday!!! These buns will definitely keep you warm in this cold weather. Salamat 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
