Potter’s Parlour is looking for an energetic, reliable, and friendly team member to join our fun, family-focused shop!
We offer café drinks, baked goods, frozen treats, apparel, souvenirs, toys, beach essentials, and island-inspired gifts to locals and visitors alike. We’re looking for someone who enjoys people, works hard, and brings positive energy to every shift.
What You’ll Do:
* Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming experience
* Serve coffee, drinks, and treats
* Operate cash register / process sales
* Restock shelves and keep displays looking great
* Help keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting
* Assist families and tourists with products and recommendations
* Work as part of a supportive team in a busy seasonal environment
* Social media updates daily
What We’re Looking For:
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Dependable and punctual
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Able to multitask and stay organized
* Retail, café, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
Availability Needed:
* Weekdays + weekends from end of June to end of August or possibility of extending into September.
* Flexible seasonal hours available
* Full-time or part-time applicants welcome
* Wage between $17-19 per hour plus tips.
* Must have own transportation to New London
