Despite the cold weather, so many of you came out and waited in line for us. We felt so bad about the long wait, but we are incredibly grateful for your patience and support. ❤️

If you’ve ever wandered the streets of Vietnam, especially Saigon, you may remember a warm bowl of Súp Cua – Vietnamese Crab Meat Soup. It’s a popular street-food comfort dish, known for its silky, thick broth with crab meat, egg, mushrooms and other toppings depending on the recipe.

The baguette arrived in Vietnam during the French colonial period, but Vietnamese people made it completely their own.
