''Today I bought lunch for my wife and I for the first time at Pita Pit. We were traveling home to Prince Edward Island and stopped in Riverview, NB.

The store was not busy and I was immediately greeted by Natalie. She was a very pleasant and positive individual!

I told Natalie that I had never been to Pita Pit and didn’t know how it worked. I also told her I had a gluten intolerance.

Natalie immediately put me at ease and told me that gluten free was no problem. She asked a few questions to determine my needs and tastes. She then helped me order a pita for myself and one for my wife and got me a drink. After I paid she told me to have a seat and she would prepare the meals and let me know when they were ready.

Because of this experience with Natalie and because of the quality and freshness of your food and the cleanliness of your store, you have two new Pita Pit fans and we will be visiting the Riverview store and the Charlottetown store frequently. We will also be sharing our positive experience with family and friends.

I feel strongly that Natalie had a huge impact on my positive experience and I hope she can be recognized in some way for fantastic customer service. ''
