Tomorrow we’ve got our take on a Hot Beef Sandwich — toasted sourdough loaded with buttery Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, slow-braised shredded beef, Herbie’s stout reduction, peas and carrots and a pile of crispy fried onions on top.
