The other day, me and my family went to GOGYS Ice-cream store at Trinity area and got some Ice-creams, I chose Tart on top and Coffee in the bottom. The tart portion was good as usual however when I reached the Coffee part I found there was something wrong with the flavor. I went to the counter and talked with the lady attending there who told me there was nothing she could do about it, she didn't express any concern, involvement or empathy.

I told her that I didn't want a refund, but maybe to serve myself other flavor's portion to replace that uneatable one. She told me it couldn't be done and didn't offer any option, not even an apology.

To be honest, a simple apology would have been enough. But that horrible attitude got me really mad, I told her I wouldn't ever come back to that store, then is when she decided to put the icing on the cake and told me, "That's is ok, we are very busy all the time anyways".

I just walked away understanding that there was no use in talking with terrible attitude person.

I hope this reaches out to the owners of that business. They sale overpriced ice-creams, the least you would expect is good CS.
