As the weather cools, nothing hits quite like a warm bowl of soup 🍜❄️
So we’re sharing one of our easiest comfort recipes:
Spoon & Fork’s Quick Miso Soup

You’ll need:
• 4 cups dashi or broth
• 2 tbsp miso paste
• Soft tofu (cubed)
• Green onions
• Optional: seaweed

Bring the broth to a gentle simmer → whisk in the miso → add tofu & seaweed → finish with green onions. 5 minutes. Pure comfort.
