Penny Lou Lou Sweets and Treats offers a very unique Hong Kong style Bubble Cake, which also goes by the name of Gei Dan Jai, or Eggettes. It is commonly sold by street vendors in Hong Kong as a sweet finger snack that is easy to eat “on the go”. The outer shell is crispy, golden-brown, the center is soft and chewy, and each ellipsoid piece can be broken off and eaten or dipped. Bubble cakes are typically enjoyed ‘plain’ however, we will provide extra toppings as a choice (Nutella/caramel). Although the bubble cakes are usually enjoyed plain, there will be a small selection of ice cream to create a hybrid ice cream sandwich. All ingredients and produce will be fresh and each bubble cake will be made a la minute. Penny Lou Lou Sweets & Treats is an environmentally responsible company.
