It is commonly sold by street vendors in Hong Kong as a sweet finger snack that is easy to eat “on the go”. Although the bubble cakes are usually enjoyed plain, there will be a small selection of ice cream to create a hybrid ice cream sandwich. All ingredients and produce will be fresh and each bubble cake will be made a la minute. Penny Lou Lou Sweets & Treats is an environmentally responsible company.
