Everyone say hey to our Apple Crumble Brownie!

Our signature fudgy brownie stuffed with cinnamon-spiced apples and finished with a buttery oat crumble… she’s basically everything we love about fall 🤎🍂

I make brownies for a living, but it was my son’s birthday and I figured I should probably make something other than brownies for once 😂

So I decided it was time for a challenge and to attempt not one, not two, NOT 3 but a 4-layer birthday cake with ZERO cake decorating experience!! 😅

After posting the cake on my story I had several DMs with questions and even though this was filmed to help future me with a future cake, I thought I’d just post it anyway and help anyone who might want to give it a go themselves 🥰

Here’s the full process of me figuring it out as I went — buttercream, ganache, dowels, piping and a few questionable decisions 🤭

I’m pretty proud of how it turned out 🥹 Can the bakers chime in, how did I do? What are some key steps I’m missing?
