The clock didn’t just tick; it threatened.

Under the cover of a freezing winter night, the mandate arrived: Two Chicken Tikka Hari Chutney Rolls. The deadline was a razor’s edge, fifteen minutes or failure. No room for error. No time for breath.

In the heart of the kitchen, the war began. High-velocity marinated chicken breast met the blistering heat of hot sand stones, the sizzle sounding like a round of applause in a silent room. Nearby, the dough didn’t just sit; it waited. It was punched, kneaded, and transformed into perfect spheres before being hurled into a sea of boiling oil. The skin shrieked and bubbled, turning armor-plated and gold-crisp on the outside, while the heart stayed tender, exactly as a soul deserves.

The chicken emerged from the fire, charred and triumphant, ready to be entombed in the hot paratha. But then, a sudden halt.

Blasphemy was narrowly avoided. You cannot send a warrior into battle without his colors. The onions were summoned. They didn’t just drop; they fell with absolute might, draping the chicken in a lush, electric-green shroud of Hari chutney - the promised sauce.

The roll was tightened. The trap was set. Fifteen minutes exactly.

Wrap it. Go.

Round 2. Rock paper scissors. Honestly we are just finding more ways to have this roll. The zinger roll, I absolutely love it. It’s a little heavy but it sooo good and the garlic mayo fries with masala just don’t get me started on that. Delicious alhumdulillah.
