Roasted Fish Spice Recipe:

There are many ways you can season your fish for roasting and that all depends on what you want or how you would
Like it to taste.I am sharing one of the ways to prepare your spices.

Ingredients
1. Parsley
2. Onion
3. White pepper
4. Black pepper
5. Bell Pepper
6. Seasoning cube
7. Salt
8. Vegetable/Canola Oil
9. Celery stalk
10. Pepper (optional)

Blend everything together to a nice consistency. Use the oil for blending now water.
Boom you have your amazing spice which you can save in the refrigerator and use as many times as needed.

Enjoy this doughnut recipe!

Ingredients

1. 3 cups of flour
2. 6 tablespoons of margarine or 12 mini cups of margarine 🧈
3. 1/2 cup of sugar
4. 1/4 tablespoon of salt 🧂
5. 1.5 cups of milk 🥛
6. 1 nutmeg
7. 2 large eggs 🥚
8. 1 tablespoon of baking powder
9. Oil to fry

PROCEDURE

1. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients ( flour, salt, baking powder and margarine 🧈)

2. Mix till you have a breadcrumb texture

3. In a separate bowl or blender, mix egg, milk and sugar

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix

5. Make sure your mixture isn’t to light or too heavy

6. Allow to rest for about 15mins

7. Fry on medium heat to avoid browning outside but undercooked in the inside.

DOUGHNUTS

Ingredients

1. 3 cups of flour
2. 1 medium nutmeg
3. 6 tablespoons or margarine/ 12 cups of mini margarine
4. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
5. 1/2 cup of sugar ( put to your taste)
6. 1.5 cup of milk
7. 2 large eggs
8. 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Procedure
1. Mix all dry ingredients ( flour, salt, nutmeg, margarine)
2. Mix till you have a bread crumb texture
3. In a separate bowl or blender mix egg, milk & sugar.
4. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Allow it to rest for about 15mins
6. Heat oil for about 5mins the start frying.
Avoid frying on high heat so it doesn’t get burnt or brown without cooking inside.

Who says you can’t have a perfect jellof rice cooked in a rice cooker?

Recipe for the rice:

1. Blend 3 big bell pepper
2. Blend your Onion
3.Blend ginger/garlic/ pepper
4. Fry the bell pepper till it becomes a paste
5. Put into the rice cooker add your rice
6.Add seasoning to taste
7. Then add white pepper, black pepper, Bay leaves and Thyme.

This chicken reminds me of 11th February and 20th May in Cameroon. Pay 100frs pick/take one.Life was too sweet then
