We’re incredibly honoured to be featured as the Greater Miramichi Service Commission’s Business Spotlight.

Thank you so much to Trish Trenter and the GMSC for taking the time to tell our story.

Moving to New Brunswick and taking a chance on a dream changed our lives in ways we never imagined. We’re so grateful for this community, for everyone who’s supported us along the way, and for every guest who’s chosen to be part of our journey.

For a couple of months this spring, we had the pleasure of welcoming the incredible crew from Blue Collar Silviculture Ltd. tree planters to Ponds. 🌲💚

Some guests leave… and some leave a lasting impression.

These hardworking tree planters quickly became part of the Ponds family, and we’re so grateful we could be a small part of their season. From hot tubs after long days, to laundry, good meals, and late-night laughs, it was an honour to be your home away from home.

Reading reviews like this and receiving a thank you card signed by the whole crew reminds us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️

“This place is like home away from home... I’m a first year tree planter and this was our first stop of the season, and honestly spoiled would be an understatement. Anytime my crew and I needed anything the owners made it happen, laundry is veeeeery important when you are working in the mud/dirt all day and they graciously allowed us to use their machines (it would have been an hour drive to a laundromat).
The hot tubs/saunas were aaaaamazing after a long day, when we were too lazy to cook the restaurant always had delicious food ready to be eaten (the buffalo chicken poutine was to die for).
The owners were so incredibly easy to talk to, any slight concern I had it was dealt with right away, and they would handle it with a smile, some of the warmest people I’ve ever met! I could talk about this place all day, for sure an amazing weekend getaway spot (I hope to be able to try the domes one day)”
