Last night, we donated $1,000 to this cause, and today we’re challenging fellow local businesses to help support this cause in any way they can.
No amount is too small, every contribution helps!

Update: We have had a very difficult day today. Jessie saw Professor Sharma’s colleague, Professor Rinaldi, a renowned cardiac surgeon. It has been confirmed that Jessie absolutely needs an implanted ICD (defibrillator) to protect her from any chance of another life threatening episode of her heart going into a fatal rhythm.

The unfortunate part is that the cost far exceeds the funds we have available. We are faced with very difficult decisions to be made by Monday. They are looking into options for us but it is looking like we may have to come home without the device, continue to fundraise the amount we need, to return again.
