Just want to thank everyone for showing up today and being so patient with us , we were crazy busy from the moment we opened!

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. I apologize for the long waits and 🤞fingers crossed🤞 there were no mix ups or cold food in the process. If so, please come back and we will make it right.

We have run out of some items which will affect our morning tomorrow slightly, but we will be receiving an order to restock so we will STILL be open.

Ps. Here is a well earned Calzone I made for Tatum for working his butt off today, that kid is such a great help! Thank you all for being patient with him.

We have some changes to our schedule this week:

CLOSED Monday June 1st and Tuesday June 2nd

OPEN Wednesday June 3rd- Sunday June 7th

A delicious healthy breakfast, mid afternoon, or midnight snack! I pretty much lived off of this stuff last summer....

This weekend we will have most of our specials available as well, pasta with meatballs, panzerottis, Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu.... And another batch of Tiramisu will be made for the weekend as well!

Just a reminder , back to normal hours tomorrow, 11:30-6!

While I'm here, a bit of an update for the week:

We are closed tomorrow Sunday May 24th.

A bit of an adjustment just for this following week on our hours.

We will be open Monday and Tuesday from 12-5. Closed Wednesday and then Thursday 12-6.

Sorry to change it up and be all confusing and inconsistent with our hours but that will change soon and our hours will be adjusted and back to normal once again.

We WILL have a batch of Panzerotti available this week, we tested some out today and it was a success. And yes that's right, I added them to the menu without knowing what the hell I'm doing, but that's nothing new 😜

So super grateful for everyone who's shown up at the stand since opening, we appreciate you all and really look forward to some nicer weather and the months ahead❣️

There is a community BBQ happening in Mindemoya tomorrow (Saturday May 23) therefore, we will wait and open at 2pm.

We should have most (not all.. yet... Waiting on some special order items to arrive) of our menu including Muesli, Schnitzel, and Cordon Bleu.
