Fresh out of the roaster 🔥
Today’s lineup is ready: Brazil, Costa Rica, Honduras… and making its debut at ASPECT, Guatemala.
Each origin brings something different to the cup. Brazil, our house blend delivers a smooth, chocolatey base with a touch of citrus. Costa Rica leans bright and clean with citrus notes. Honduras rounds things out with balanced sweetness. Guatemala steps in with depth. Think rich body, subtle sweetness, and a refined complexity that stands out.
If you’re chasing better coffee, freshness is where it starts. But here’s the part most people miss…
Give your beans 2–3 days after roast before brewing.
This allows for off gassing. Freshly roasted coffee releases carbon dioxide that’s built-up during roasting. If you brew too early, that gas disrupts extraction, leading to uneven flavour and muted notes. Letting the beans rest allows the CO₂ to escape, so water can properly extract the full profile. The result is a cleaner, more balanced, and more expressive cup.

Small batch means limited supply. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
