I was craving kebabs today, so I whipped up some smoky, masaledar, spicy chicken kebabs with a charcoal twist. They turned out so good, even the dal and rice started smiling—true soul food vibes!

Work has been incredibly busy lately, managing two desks and going into the office 4 to 5 days a week. On days like these, I’m always looking for quick and easy recipes. Today, I decided to try a one-pot mushroom and spinach orzo pasta. It was a nice change from having rice and packed with flavor! With just a few ingredients, it’s super simple to make in under 20 minutes.

I'm preparing for a seafood potluck at home and made a deliciously spicy, crispy double-marinated Bombay duck fry. First, I marinated it with green chili chutney, then gave it a second layer with koli masala. It's spicy and absolutely mouthwatering!
