Good things come in Threes! It's week 3 and here are your choices!
1 - Juicy Parmesan meatballs smothered in rich marinara sauce, topped with melted mozzarella, and served on our focaccia bread. Served with a serving of italian greens with lemon dressing.
2 - Italian Stallion Salad; Crisp fresh greens and arugula topped with sweet peppers, ripe tomatoes, peperoncini, olives, and shaved fennel. Complemented by pesto-marinated chickpeas, grated parmesan, and garlic parmesan roasted chicken, all drizzled with a zesty lemon oregano dressing.
3 - VEGAN Italian Stallion; crisp fresh greens and arugula topped with sweet peppers, ripe tomatoes, peperoncini, olives, and shaved fennel. Complemented by ‘pesto’ marinated chickpeas, and maple roasted delicata squash and h**p hearts, all drizzled with a zesty lemon oregano dressing.
4 - Fresh Operation Grow greens and crisp carrots, beets spirals and cucumbers, radishes and peppers. Served with our house-made red wine vinaigrette. Choice of protein, oven roasted chicken or cold roasted salmon.
5 - This dip combines tender artichoke hearts with savoury asiago cheese, creating a creamy texture that's perfect for spreading or dipping.

8 - Indulge in the savoury goodness of our Salt and Pepper Crisps. With their irresistibly crispy texture and perfect seasoning, these crisps are sure to satisfy your snack cravings.
Orders are being taken Friday October 11th to Tuesday October 15th at 4pm'ish. Pickups will be at 188 Yonge Street, Unit A, October 18th, from 11am to 1pm. If you need an early or late pickup, please DM me and I’ll see what I can do! Link in BIO for booking!
