As many of you are aware, we’ve recently made some changes to our menu at The Birch Canoe Resto. We’ve received a lot of feedback, and we truly value your input as we continue working to provide the best dining experience possible.

Our customers are our number one priority, and we want to make sure you’re happy every time you dine with us. We’d love for you to take a moment to vote and share your thoughts on a few menu items that have been brought up regularly:

🥔 **Nachos**
Would you like to see the return of our original **kettle chip nachos**, or would you prefer we keep the new **tortilla nachos**?

🦑 **Calamari**
We’ve heard from many of you that calamari has been missed terribly. Would you like to see it return to the menu?

🍝 **Chicken Parmesan**
Chicken Parmesan is now served with mashed potatoes and vegetables instead of pasta. Would you prefer it be returned to being served with pasta?

Join us on Sunday, May 10, 2026, for a special Mother’s Day celebration featuring delicious breakfast and dinner options made just for the occasion.

🍳 Breakfast Specials:

Ham & Swiss, served with home fries
• Quiche Supreme – $14
Served with home fries & toast
