Well today is September 1st. This summer flew by and we can’t even tell you what a whirlwind it has been, but now for a little fall reset. Our Fall hours are as follows and changes today. Come see us Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11-4, Thursdays 11-5, and Fridays and Saturdays 11-530. Also, next Tuesday September the 8th we will be closed for a deep cleaning day after summer madness. Good afternoon my Frank Famiglia! Even though the weather this week looks to be sad and depressing we have just the thing to cheer you up! Our next special that starts tomorrow is truly one of a kind. It’s bright and sunny even on the most rainiest of days. Introducing this weeks special guest….. The Primo Prima (Vera) Mac! Our scoobi doo noodles coated in a white Alfredo Mac sauce, fresh and lightly cooked zucchini, yellow and orange carrots, sweet peas, broccoli, peppers, mozzarella, topped with fresh parm and parsley. Our take on the classic pasta primavera, it’s delicious, vegetarian, and tastes like summer. This week only, or until we sell out. 😉

Good morning Frankers! It’s looks like it’s going to be a wonderful day weather wise (at least we hope, what’s with all the rain lately?) but today we bring back a special that will make ya feel good even if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Today we bring back ….. When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza FRIES, that’s Amore! Our famous curly fries piled high with marinara, pizza mozz, fresh mozzarella, cup and char pepperoni, garlic sauce drops, Parmesan topping, and finished with fresh parsley. It’s going to be a great day everyone!

Good morning Frankers! Today is a special day….. as in we’re releasing the special today! We are open today from 11 to 5 for the Cruisin’ Classic car show and have a special special that starts today. Troy created this one too so it’s extra special. Introducing this weeks special guest…. The Honkytonk Hitman. A garlic and bacon fat toasted bun, sour cream, two beef smash patties, pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeños, housemade maple bacon jam, and buttermilk ranch battered onion rings to top it off. Oh and if you wish a side of kettle chips with Cajun mayo for dippin’. Come see some cool old cars and have an amazing meal and a b**r. Cheers y’all!

Good morning Frankers! It’s going to be a great week with many patio days ahead (hopefully. What’s up with the weather lately?) on this fine day we’re bringing back a special that was very tasty (and well received.) introducing this weeks special guest for the second time The Gaaaaaa’ Paaaaaam. Hand cut fries, tossed in garlic oil, sprinkled with a garlic parm salt, smothered in extra garlicky garlic aioli, piled high with freshly grated parm and sprinkled with a little bit of parsley. These were popular the first time, don’t miss out.

Good morning Frankers! Well, after the long weekend (and our extra day off to reset) we feel refreshed and rejuvenated. So what better a time to share this weeks special. Introducing this weeks special guest….. The Kielbasa Posse. Our garlic toasted bun, 1/3 lb of smoked pork sausage, a roasted red cabbage and apple slaw, crispy strip bacon, fried pierogi slices, sour cream, and finished with a touch of pickled mustard seeds. It’s a messy meal but oh man it’s a damn good one.

Good afternoon Frankers! Oh this post is so exciting for us! We wish we could take credit for this weeks special guest but we can’t. This weeks special is Troy’s. His debut special for Let me be Frank and it’s a special kind of special. Introducing this weeks special guest…..The Bleu Print. A chicken cordon bleu breaded chicken sandwich, on ham and swiss rolls made in house, wilted spinach, caramelized onions, a garlic and thyme aioli, and served with a side of Dijon mornay sauce for dippin! Trust me this thing of Troy’s…. Is a monster of a good time. This week only, or until we run out. 🃏

Hey my FRANK Famiglia! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend full of fun. We had a great weekend and saw so many of your wonderful faces! It’s shaping up to be an amazing week and that means releasing this weeks special guest….. Throw em’ in the PIT! Mac. Our famous Mac and cheese, piled high with slow cooked bbq pulled pork, collard greens, baked beans, a drizzle of bbq sauce and finished with cornbread crouton topping. Think a whole bbq meal on top of some cheesy cheesy Mac. Only this week, or until we sell out. 😉

Good afternoon Frankers! On this beautiful sunny day we are thankful for the wonderful weather and all of you wonderful people. We have had such a great couple weeks with so many smiling faces using our patio (and some doggies using doggie corner!) we have a special this week that just screams summer. Introducing this weeks special guest……The Cartel Corn-spiracy! Our all beef FRANK coated and fried in a special edition corndog batter with Smokey charred corn, an elote inspired salsa, cojita cheese, lime crema, housemade hot sauce and guac to dip! This take on Mexican street corn is one you don’t want to miss. Here all week or until we run out.
