Hey Everyone! I know it’s been awhile. But, I have decided to start a canning business to help fund my Food Truck Venture.
As of right now, my inventory is as follows:

Salsa:
Medium- 10.00
Large- 15.00

Jam:
Small- 5.00
Medium- 7.00
Large- 12.00

Pickles:
Small- 5.00
Medium- 10.00
Large- 15.00

Pickled Beets:
Small- 5.00
Medium- 10.00
Large- 15.00

Spaghetti Sauce (no meat):
Small- 5.00
Medium- 10.00
Large- 15.00

I have 7 small Peach Jam, I am making Strawberry Jam today, as well as Blueberry Jam. I have 3 medium Salsa’s, 4 medium jars of carrot spears and 4 medium jars of pickles.

Everything is either home grown, locally grown or sourced from the grocery store. Everything is processed in a clean, sanitized kitchen. Everything made is shelf stable for 1-2 years.

Hello Friends, Family and future customers. I would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support. As, I continue trying to get the financial support needed, it is looking like the Grand Opening will not be until 2027. If it happens to be earlier, I will post it. Good Morning to All my Followers, Friends and Family. I have an appointment tomorrow at the business center and have a bit of paperwork to fill out. One is a Survey that I would love to have feedback on from the people who are going to make this possible!

5. If you had a choice between McDonalds or a Food Truck, what would you choose as your go to?

a) Regular Fry: 6.00+tax
b)Loaded potatoes: 14.00+tax
c)Homemade Chicken Burger: 13.00+tax
d) Cheeseburger: 13.50+tax

7. If you had a variety of food to choose from, would you prefer it over fast food options?

8. What is one thing you would like to see as an option on a food truck?

Update: Unfortunately, things are moving at snail’s speed. We will see if I can open this summer, if not, I will be making sure to be open next summer!!!

We are One step closer to having this business up and running. Now just for legalities and money for product! A Big Thank You to Lenny Miller for helping me with a food truck!!! Couldn’t do it without you buddy!
