Come a little early and take a walk along our trails as autumn begins to colour the woods. Then settle in for dinner at the restaurant and watch the evening unfold over the fields.

Join us for Thanksgiving weekend at Edelweiss Inn Nova Scotia, in the Annapolis Valley.

This Thanksgiving, Chef Joerg is adding a couple of traditional favourites to the Edelweiss menu.
Turkey Dinner — $34
Roasted turkey served with potato, stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and cranberry sauce.
Ham Dinner — $32
Ham served with potato, stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and cranberry sauce.

And to finish, our featured dessert will be Apple Strudel.
Our regular menu will also be available, so you can enjoy the Thanksgiving feature or choose from your Edelweiss favourites

Reservations are recommended, especially this weekend. We look forward to welcoming you for a relaxed Thanksgiving dinner at Edelweiss. Open 4:00-8:00 pm

We’re OPEN Thanksgiving Weekend and every Wednesday through Monday, with dinner served from 4:30–7:30 pm.

Closed Tuesdays.

Which Schnitzel Are You?

If you’ve ever looked at our menu and wondered what the difference is between our three schnitzels, here’s a little guide!

Wiener Schnitzel
The classic! A thin, tender cutlet, lightly breaded and fried until golden and crispy. Simple, traditional, and delicious, sometimes the classics really are the best.

Hunter Schnitzel (Jägerschnitzel)
For the mushroom lovers! Our schnitzel is topped with a rich, savoury mushroom sauce. Hearty, comforting, and full of flavour.

Gypsy-Style Schnitzel (Zigeunerschnitzel)
A little more colour and a little more zing! This style is traditionally served with a vibrant sauce featuring peppers, onions and tomatoes, giving the schnitzel a delicious sweet-and-savoury character.
