WOW π€©π€ͺ How did we get here? Who in their right mind opens up a foodtruck after Christmas?

We did π And those first few months were HARD and Summer seemed to never start. But we were already SO thankful to have some local friends becoming regulars, THANK YOU ππ»
And then Summer, what a blast! Thereβs nothing more fun than working hard, hearing people laugh, chat and enjoying your food! Honestly if I didnβt love to ski so much Iβd be onto Summers countdown already.
But for now, weβre HERE! This will be our last full weekend for a bit!! We will be taking the month of November off. Donβt worry too much though as we will be back in December with boerenkool, snert and of course Remcoβs oliebollen.
But come get your fix today till 5 and tomorrow 11-5. We also have a few portions of vermicelli soup left in our freezer for $10.00 each.
And once again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who visited us this first season. Everyone who posted reviews and shared with others, we are truly thankful and excited for next season!
