Good morning friends!! There has been a small change in our plans.

We are OPEN but we will NOT have oliebollen & Snert. We do have some Boerenkool in the freezer ready to go or take home!

Since the wind shook our Mobile Home we decided to not put our signs on the road… 💨💨

This dummy also forgot the potato peeler so the Boerenkool is not quite ready but very close!!

Small Portion (12oz) $ 12.00
Large portion (22oz) $20.00

If you want to reserve some to pick up with either Snert, Hutspot or oliebollen comment below and I’ll add your name on your containers and stick them in the freezer! (Only large portions for in the the freezer though)

Okay I won’t lie, we needed this break 😅
But guess what??

This month we will be BACK for a few days!!

December 14/15, 21/22 & 28/29 we will be open from 12-5 pm.

We will have our regular menu BUT we will also have:

December 14/15 - Boerenkool
December 21/22 - Snert
December 28/29 - Hutspot & Hachée

The last two weekends we will also have oliebollen, but more information will follow this week.
And I will have enough of each dish to freeze portions up so don’t worry 😉

WOW 🤩🤪 How did we get here? Who in their right mind opens up a foodtruck after Christmas?

WE 😅 We did 😂 And those first few months were HARD and Summer seemed to never start. But we were already SO thankful to have some local friends becoming regulars, THANK YOU 🙏🏻

And then Summer, what a blast! There’s nothing more fun than working hard, hearing people laugh, chat and enjoying your food! Honestly if I didn’t love to ski so much I’d be onto Summers countdown already.

But for now, we’re HERE! This will be our last full weekend for a bit!! We will be taking the month of November off. Don’t worry too much though as we will be back in December with boerenkool, snert and of course Remco’s oliebollen.

But come get your fix today till 5 and tomorrow 11-5. We also have a few portions of vermicelli soup left in our freezer for $10.00 each.

And once again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who visited us this first season. Everyone who posted reviews and shared with others, we are truly thankful and excited for next season!

Hey everyone!! The sunshine last week might have tricked us but this rain is reminding us Fall is here 😅🍁🍂🍄🌧️

This week we will be open Friday through Sunday 11-6.

Moving into October it will be Saturday & Sundays from 11-5. We will have some of our Dutch specialties in October to keep you warm. Think Snert, Boerenkool etc
