Some have asked how long I’ve been cooking. It’s been 40+ years in the cooking trade and almost 19 years with my chef service. My chef service started in the Prince Albert area (Executive Chef Services) then when I moved to Melville a few years ago I changed the name to The In-House Chef Service.
