Greetings everyone! We have been in full production the last couple of weeks at Chez Gilles Fine Dining and Catering
Last night we cater a wonderful wedding. Here are some pictures of what we offer for an all inclusive wedding. We do offer decorations and full table set up with our own materials that include everything from plate, Cutlery, tables cloths, chairs covers, napkins and wonderful dining experience. Greeting everyone! Hope you are all well. Here is our update for this week with our Hours of Opperations:

Starting on August 25th, reservation is necessary to have the assurance of a table at the restaurant or the patio. We are not able to host guest for drink only. Lunch service walking are welcome with the capacity and space available. Please, be kind to our host, servers and waitress.

Community Meal Program outreach!

Dear friends, Dear recipient of the Meal program.

Dear friends,
I have been involved in the outreach community program for almost 5 years and especially in the Community meal program with a close partnership with Christ Church Anglican Meaford.

In March 2020, from the start of the pendemic with COVID-19, I created a special program to help those in need in the community. More than 50 people have volunteered to help the realization of this wonderful program.

It was done with heart, Love, compassion and respect and in a spirit of Faith and in an attitude of service and commitment.

This program delivered and served over 41,687 meals over a period of 17 consecutive months.

It was a life experience and a personal and collective achievement.

This special program was created to help and continue to serve beyond the prescribed time.

At this time, I am announcing that this program has ended in its current form.

After reflection and consultation and analysis of the donations with the volunteers, it is time to say that this program will no longer be offered.

This decision was heartbreaking for me. But I gave everything at all levels in a big project. I will announce the news to the volunteers with a lot of emotion and heartache.

In partnership with the Anglican Christ Church, when it is possible to offer a meal in the basement of the Church, we will return to the community breakfast on Monday morning and to our monthly community dinner which will be held on Sunday evening. .

For the moment, we do not know the exact date for the opening of the Community Breakfast and suppers at the Church. We will notify you shortly of the details to come.

I am filled, amazed by all that we have done together during this community journey and above all it was and will remain for a ministry of outreach of which made me grow enormously thanks to all of you.

I am always present, ready to help if you need nouriture, listening, sharing and personal support.

Thank you to all those who have contributed by donations, to all the volunteers and Thank you to Denis, this great man who was behind this project with me financially, morally and in faith in this great and beautiful project.

As well as serving guests, servers should expect to assist with the upkeep and side duties hospitality is essential.

We have added a few more umbrellas to our patio to try and meet some need. Unfortunately, we do not have control of the sun and its orientation for specific hours. Nor do we offer the hat service or a personal umbrella.

But we offer to the best of our knowledge and ability, quality table service and food service that respects our commitment to all of our customers.

Sadley, we don't the control of the weather forecast. So it is still raining in Meaford at Intermittent.
I have dedecided that the dinner service on the patio tonight will be cancel.
