I first stepped foot in the lower lodge in September of 2009. At the time, I had no idea how big of a role that the cafe, and Laurentian Ski Hill, would play in my life for the next 14 years. As the business grew and evolved, our staff, customers, and co-workers have grown from acquaintances into lifelong friends. However, the time has come to focus on new business opportunities and growing existing ones. A short time ago, I informed the Board of Directors at laurentian ski hill that this would be the final season for Laurentian Café as the food and beverage provider at Laurentian Ski Hill.

More than anything, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers, my incredible staff and the wonderful people that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting through my time at Laurentian Ski Hill.

May your skis be perfectly waxed, and your poutine piping hot!

We are so grateful for our generous community. Another year wrapped up for the ReCycle Bikes Program and we have SO MANY people to thank. Thank you to the 166 people that donated their used bikes. Thank you for the cash donations received to help with the purchase of new parts. Thanks to the 352 volunteer hours put into tuning up all those bicycles. Thank you to the many community organizations that helped get the bikes to folks in our community that needed a bicycle. And, thanks to Laurentian Cafe and for sharing your space.
