Well it was quite a weekend!

Thank you Skote fest for having us as part of your amazing event. Thank you to everyone who bought fries, poutine and sandwiches from us, and thank you to all the volunteers and the Heritage Riders for providing security and support as always.

We met new friends on the field and in the parking lot from Roll & Reel - Clarenville and Island Pizza & Pretzel, where competition was laid aside as we helped each other with tech support, groceries, samples and a hand with whatever needed doing. It was truly the Newfoundland & Labrador spirit!

Thanks to our food truck staff who gave us one of your weekends and absolutely crushed it. Thank you to Smugglers Cove Burin and Pauline's Diner staff for punching fries in between your busy schedules to keep us full of potatoes!

It was a wonderful send off, and the last for our food truck this summer.

Stay tuned for more this fall as we build out the inside of the building to keep serving you in Marystown!

WE’RE OPEN IN LEWIN’S COVE!

We’re doing a test run this evening before Skotefest! If you’re in the Salt Pond area and you’re hungry, maybe camping in Fresh Pond, come on up and eat!

We’re parked in the ball field parking lot next to the Lewins Cove Community Center. The ball field is marked as Skote Field on Google Maps.

We’ll hang around until people stop coming.

You better believe we will be at Skote Fest!

We’re aiming to open 4PM Thursday August 27th at the Skotefest grounds, they’re on the road into Fresh Pond Park next to the Community Center in Lewins Cove.

Thursday 4-7
Friday 12-10 or
Saturday 12-10
Sunday 12-2

We’ll be having a few breakfast sandwiches for you guys sleeping on site in the morning too, don’t be afraid to crawl out of the tent towards the smell of eggs and bologna. 😉

We’re bringing the party alongside Roll & Reel - Clarenville and Island Pizza & Pretzel in the parking lot of the ball field.

IT’S THE BURIN PENINSULA’S FIRST REAL FOOD TRUCK WEEKEND!

We’re done a big Smoked Pulled Pork run for this and will be serving poutines, sandwiches, quick eats and more!

We got bringing the whole setup with picnic tables, umbrellas, tents and tunes to keep you comfy while you scoff.

We're serving the old classic Bologna this week with sides of Mashed Potato or Ziggy Peelgood's fries!

We're flicking bologna in all the places it doesn't belong:

Bologna Sandwich: Bologna in a bun. Keep it simple for $10 add fries for $4 more

Bologna Burger: Fried Bologna on our all-beef burger patty, dressed up how you like it with cheese, bacon, sauce, whatever. $14 or with fries for $4 more

Mashed Monster: Garlic Mashed Potato, Gravy, Fried Bologna, a Burger Patty all on a Brioche Bun. $16 or $4 more to have it with fries

Fried Bologna Poutine: Use your imagination, this one is not hard to figure out. $14

Fried Bologna and Garlic Mashed Potatoes: A Classic lunch or supper for $14, no buns involved.

We still have Burgers, Fries and Poutines, FDG, all the food truck goodness right in Marystown! Located just down from Riffs, because giving you our address is gonna send you on a goose chase!

CHICKEN AND WAFFLES ALERT

We’re bringing a Southern Classic this weekend with Chicken and waffles! Tipped with pickles and drizzled with maple syrup, this one is sinful and delicious and you neeeed it. $10 for a healthy serving!

Since we have the syrup let’s hit the Maple Bacon Poutine! Ziggy Peelgood's fries tossed with cheese curds, covered in gravy, and topped with bacon and maple syrup. Massive portion for $16

Burgers and fries available as usual, along with FFG and normal poutines.

Come get it! Open 12-7, Thursday - Sunday.
