A great way to create balanced meals and snacks is by pairing carbohydrates with protein-rich foods such as cheese, yogurt, beans, eggs, or lean proteins. This combination can help children stay satisfied and energized between meals.

Children need energy to explore, learn, play, and grow. Carbohydrates help power all four.

At Wholesome Kids Catering, we believe in making a positive impact, both within our communities and beyond.

Last week, our team proudly participated in World Partnership Walk, an initiative of Aga Khan Foundation Canada that helps address global poverty and create opportunities for communities around the world.

Employees came together to walk in support of this meaningful cause, proudly wearing their World Partnership Walk t-shirts and demonstrating our commitment to Enriching Lives and Making a Positive Impact. In addition to participating in the walk, The Foray Group made a donation to support the Aga Khan Foundation's work in improving access to education, healthcare, food security, and economic opportunity globally.
