Kung Hai Fat Choi !! Chinese New Year 2022 begins on Tuesday. It is the Year of the Tiger in the Lunar Calendar. Celebrate with some of the traditional dishes eaten during this time of year. Every Chinese New Year dish has an important “job,” whether it’s bringing health, long life, fortune, or abundance to the family.

Braised Free Range Chicken (1 day notice); Chickens are served whole, to symbolize completeness and togetherness. The pronunciation for Chicken sounds similar to the word for opportunities.

Spring Rolls (Veg) : Our housemade spring rolls are a hit with everyone. Fried to a crispy golden brown, spring rolls look like gold bars (a wish for prosperity).

Braised E-FU Noodles With Vegetables/Mushroom Medley; E-Fu Noodles are longer than regular noodles. The noodles are uncut, symbolizing longevity, prosperity, and good luck.

Shrimps : The Cantonese word for shrimp (ha) sounds like laughter, which is a sign of happiness. Try our House Made Spicy Kung Pao Sauce Stir Fried with Prawns or Prawns in Maggie Sauce.
