Preparation of the menu items.
Properly clean the prep and storage area (refrigerator) and verify the rotation of stocks.
Stock up paper items for service: fry/ring bags, poutine bowls & boxes, portion cups, portion lids and bags of all sizes.
Present the dishes according to the recipes and prescribed presentation.
Responsible for setting up, opening and closing the restaurant.
Responsible for welcoming and serving guests.
Talk to the guest simply and amicably, and always with a smile.
Cashiers are to be at their post and always available to receive a guest.
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week.
Applicant must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
