How has it almost been 3 months? 🍕❤️

There’s something pretty special about looking back at where we started. It feels like just yesterday we were standing in this space wondering what we had gotten ourselves into… 😂 There were renovations, surprises, long days, late nights, lots of cleaning, countless decisions (and probably a few extra grey hairs 😂), and plenty of moments where we had to remind ourselves to trust the process.

Looking at these pictures now, it’s pretty amazing to see just how far we’ve come. But honestly, the best part isn’t even the transformation of the building — it’s seeing this space filled with people enjoying pizza, watching our team settle in, and becoming part of the Flesherton community. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by, ordered a pizza, told a friend, shared a post, or supported us in any way over these first few months. It truly means so much to us. ❤️

🍦 A Little Treat for Our Amazing Team! 🍕

Our staff have been working SO hard this summer, especially with everything that comes along with running two locations, and we wanted to take a little time to show them just how much we appreciate them! ❤️

So, we invited our team out for ice cream at Scoop Me Up! 🍦😋 It was the perfect way to relax, have some laughs, and enjoy a sweet treat together.

A big thank you to Scoop Me Up for having us! We love being able to support other local businesses in our community, just like so many of you support us. ❤️ When we shop local, eat local, and support local, we all help make our community stronger! 🙌

A pizza-making adventure at Big Cheese Pizza! 🍕👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

We were so excited to welcome the kids from the Flesherton Kids Club Summer Camp, to Flesherton's Big Cheese Pizza! ❤️

The kids got to step behind the scenes, learn a little about making pizza, and—best of all—make their very own personal pizzas! 🍕🧀

There were lots of smiles, plenty of creativity, and some very delicious-looking pizzas coming out of the ovens! 😋

Thank you to Kids and Us for bringing the camp by and letting us be part of such a fun summer day. We loved having you! 🥰🍕

Every pizza we make starts with **fresh dough made right here in our kitchen every single day.**

We mix it, portion it into dough balls, and give it the time it needs to develop the flavour and texture that make for a great crust before it ever becomes a pizza.

Could we buy frozen dough? Sure.
Would it save time? Absolutely.
**Would it be Big Cheese Pizza? Not a chance.**

We could take shortcuts... but we don't.

Great pizza takes time, and making our dough fresh every day is one of the biggest reasons our crust has the texture and flavour our customers love.

It's a little more work—but some things are worth doing the right way. ❤️🍕
