Our strawberry shortcake dessert 🍓

Fresh strawberries and flowers straight from the farm, right in the peak of strawberry season.

Layered with lemon balm curd, vanilla Chantilly, elderflower gel, and rhubarb poached in rose syrup.

A vibrant plate with so much colour and texture, it almost blends right into the garden it came from.

One of our favourite ways to celebrate early summer on the farm. We hope you’ll enjoy it too 🌻

Chris built this dish from scratch around what's growing right now on the farm. We're in that in-between season where morels have marked their end and peas are thriving as we shift into summer.
