Our Tropical Mango Crêpes are filled with light mango mousse and coconut crème, finished with cardamom Chantilly, coconut chocolate shavings, and crisp mango chips - garnished with fresh mint, seasonal berries, and chocolate.

March invites a new rhythm to the table at Alpina Restaurant. As the season begins to shift, our limited-time dinner features capture the richness of winter while hinting at the freshness of spring; layered flavours, comforting textures, and beautifully balanced plates designed to be savoured slowly.
