If you’ve ever wondered the easiest way to heat our frozen pit-smoked meats, here it is:

One of our favorite Tex-Mex offerings is Chicken Suiza Enchiladas- filled with tender shredded chicken, spiced black beans, rolled in corn/flour tortillas, and smothered in a rich, creamy sauce topped with plenty of cheese.

🔥 How do we freeze our barbecue? 🔥

A lot of care goes into every package.

Our meats are smoked low and slow over hardwood, rested properly, blast chilled, sliced, weighed, and vacuum sealed with all of their natural juices still in the bag.

From there, they’re frozen and ready for your freezer at home.

When it’s time to enjoy, simply bring the sealed bag back up to temperature. Because the meat is sealed with all those flavorful juices, it stays moist, tender, and delicious—just like it was at that perfect resting stage after coming off the smoker.

It’s one of the reasons our heat-and-eat barbecue has become so popular.
