The Mug first opened on March 16, 1989 and has become a favourite to both locals and travelers alike. Upon entry you will find over 17 local and imported beers on tap and a full pub styled menu including fresh, local seafood. Choosing to dine on the patio leaves patrons with a breathtaking view of Mahone Bay Harbour and the famous three churches. Come join us for great music and great service; all within the atmosphere of a traditional styled english pub.

The new waterfront walkway is really starting to come together, and we couldn't be happier with how it looks. A beautiful addition to Mahone Bay and the perfect spot for a stroll before or after stopping in at The Mug & Anchor. 🍻⚓️
