Welcome to December — the season is officially upon us! ❄️✨

Join us this Saturday, December 6th at 6:00 pm for the Festivals of Mahone Bay 7th Annual Mahone Bay Reindeer Run.

The Shantymen of Mahone Bay will be performing a special set of songs for runners and walkers as they pass in front of Betty’s at The Kitch on Main Street.
It’s always a magical moment — music, lights, costumes, community, and that unmistakable sound of sea shanties carrying through the night.

Event Highlights:
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Location: Mahone Bay — Shantymen singing at Betty’s at the Kitch (319 Main Street)
• Distance: 3K festive run or walk
• For a Good Cause: Supporting the Bayview Community School New Playground Project & the Mahone Bay Fire Department

Whether you’re running or cheering from the sidelines, we look forward to seeing you there.

Welcome to the town of Christmas abundance! Make your way to Mahone Bay between November 28 and December 24 for the magical Season of Father Christmas, presented by the incredible volunteers at Mahone Bay Signature Festivals.

Maps and schedules are available at ambassador shops and restaurants throughout town. The weekends of November 28 - 30 and December 5 - 7 are packed with holiday fun from tree lightings and outdoor choir concerts to sparkling shops and holiday markets, bake sales, fairie trails, gingerbread decorating, and festive house tours. Enjoy seasonal brunches and banquets, and don’t miss the annual Reindeer Run!
