Triticeus is closing its doors for the rest of the season until further notice as of today, Sunday the 14th of August 2022. I have always dreamed of having my own cafe here in Georgeville. My husband David believed in my dream and built my beautiful restaurant, supporting me through it all. I have been truly blessed and oh so grateful for this opportunity to make my dream come true. It has been an amazing trip! I would like to thank all of my cooks, kitchen helpers, and servers who worked at Triticeus for the past 8 and a half years; I couldn’t of done it without you. A huge thank you to all who came to eat, drink, and to sample my bread. Lastly, I would like to thank my family; The Cartmels and the Partingtons for all the incredible support you have given me.
