This might be my favourite harvest of the year. 🧄
The Garlic is finally cured, cleaned up, and ready for the market.
There’s something disproportionately satisfying about growing garlic. You put a single clove into the ground when the season is winding down, leave it buried through an entire Ontario winter, and months later pull up a whole new bulb.
No factory. No truck from California. Just dirt, time, rain, sun and a little stubbornness.
And this batch turned out beautiful.
We’ve also got zucchini coming out of our ears, plus more from the garden and bakery — I’ll drop today’s full menu below.
Come grab a bulb or two. Or five. I won’t judge the amount of garlic you consider appropriate. 🧄
