It is with great sadness to share the passing of Paul Elliott on June 17, 2026. Paul was the proud owner of Henry’s Sans Souci for many years and Henry’s had a huge piece of his heart.

We will miss Paul and all his wonderful stories and advice. Paul was a huge supporter and confident for us. He trusted us enough to pass the torch 9 seasons ago. Thank you Paul.

We are all thinking of Joanne and the whole family at this time. Paul will be missed by many.

Happy Father’s Day! Wishing you a wonderful day with family and loved ones!!

We have hydro again as of this morning!!! Yay we can turn off the noisy generator and operate as usual!

Thank you to Hydro One for getting us back up and running for today!

Important Update:

Please note that the hydro is still out at Henry’s Sans Souci. We have our generators running and will be opening at noon. However, we will be running on a limited menu as some of our kitchen equipment is not able to operate on the generator at full capacity.

We do have a planned Seadoo Event happening at noon and we will be doing our best to accommodate everyone.

We will post here on Facebook to notify you once the power is restored.

Special thanks to Hydro One crews working to restore our power as quickly as possible.

We officially have a small stock of beer that has arrived in our convenience store! We will be selling singles, six packs and by the case. Right now we have only tallboys, but will be getting regular size cans as well.

Next week our wine and coolers will arrive! We are very excited to provide this service!

Do not forget we also have a delicious variety of pies, scones, and cookies from Loretta’s! New this week we have homemade premade quiches as well!!

Ted is also smoking more whitefish for all you Dads for Fathers Day!

We are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 12-8pm. We will change to fulltime hours next Friday June 26th and be open everyday except Mondays.

At both of our Henry’s locations we have incredible teams. Team members who deserve recognition.

Today, Henry’s Sans Souci would like to recognize Mikko Henry. Our ‘Back of House and Operations Manager’ and so much more.

This afternoon Mikko graduated from Carleton University with a ‘Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours’. An amazing accomplishment for Mikko during his education journey in Health Sciences.

This season at Henry’s, marks Mikko’s 9th year as part of our team. He started working for us when he was just shy of 14 years old and quickly became respected and appreciated for his hard work. He has worked his way to basically running the restaurant, and leading with a calm, confident skillset that many admire.

Congratulations Mikko🎉🎉🎉 We are so proud of you.
