Yesterday we traded aprons for swimsuits and took a well-earned day off to celebrate the people who make our restaurants what they are. ☀️🌊
The Salt Shaker Deli, Lunenburg, Beach Pea Kitchen & Bar, The Half Shell, The South Shore Fish Shack, and Bar Salvador crews hit the water, found ourselves a beach, and soaked up one seriously beautiful September day. Not a bad way to wrap up another busy summer on the South Shore. ❤️
And what’s a beach day without the essentials? A BIG shout-out to Mama Joy's in Bridgewater for the fried chicken — crispy, delicious, and exactly what a boatload of restaurant people needed. 🍗 If you haven’t tried it yet, consider this your sign. And a huge thank you to all of our sponsors for helping keep the crew refreshed with some cold ones. 🍻
Most of all, thank you to this incredible bunch. Another summer in the books, and we couldn’t do what we do without the hardworking, talented people behind all five restaurants. We missed everyone who couldn’t make it yesterday — you were absolutely part of the celebration in spirit.
