Business Opportunity At The Beach!
I’m Seeking a motivated and driven person to manage and operate my food truck/trailer at Lundar Beach,MB for the 2023 season.
This freshly serviced unit is fully up to code and will have health inspection completed for 2023/24.
The unit is 30’ long with 36” griddle, two 40lbs deep fryers, commercial fridge and freezer, 48” cooler prep table, panini presses, drink cooler, no shortage of counter space, lots of cooking utensils etc. Comes with 3 large serving windows and a large TV menu screen. Internet service available.
Included is a 12x16 newly build building with additional freezer/fridge storage, and shelving for convenience store items as an option. It’s fully wired with A/C.
Anyone interested needs to have their food handling course and experience, you will be required to come up with your own menu, pricing, ordering groceries (Pratt’s delivers right to the lake when signed up with them), insuring the unit and cooking equipment is cleaned daily, taking care of propane exchanges and keeping the property tidy.
The season runs from May long weekend to September Long weekend, there’s an option to run 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday or 7 days a week. In the past the hours were 11am to 7pm.
Fire wood is also sold at this location and could be part of this package.

This would be a rent/lease deal for the season with monthly payments.
