A little update from Mike ❤️
Some of our regular customers have been asking lately:
“Where’s Mike?”
“Is Mike still working at JinLoong?”
Yes — I’m still here! We are family business😊
Because of some changes at work this summer, I’m no longer able to spend as much time at the front as I used to. These days, you’ll find me mostly in the kitchen, cooking your food instead of serving it at your table. 👨🍳
Actually, Professional Cooking is what I originally studied, so in a way, I’ve simply gone back to where I started.
For so many years, one of my favorite parts of working at JinLoong has been seeing familiar faces, talking with our regular customers, remembering your usual orders, and hearing a little bit about your lives. So even though you may not see me at the front very often anymore, I’m still here — just on the other side of the kitchen door.
You’ll also see Anna at the front more often now. She’s very sweet and she’s working hard to learn everything. She’s still new and has a lot to learn, so I really hope everyone can give her a little patience and kindness while she grows into the role. ❤️
And if something ever doesn’t feel right, or you need help with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask for me. If I’m in the kitchen, I’ll still come out whenever I can.
