Dear loyal customers,
The thought of saying goodbye breaks our hearts. While it may be hard for us, we have decided to hand over ownership of Long Dragon to new owners who we know will strive to provide our customers with the same quality food and service we have provided since 2001.
As a small family-owned business led by the late Tim Chong, Long Dragon started as a small family operation. Tim has been a vital part of our journey and is sorely missed by all of us. Our family has been incredibly blessed by Tim's tireless contribution to upholding our family's legacy.
We have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into making Long Dragon what it is today. And although it may be small, we like to think that it grows from year to year. From the sheer love, support and patience of all our customers who have become a part of our family, Long Dragon has grown into something bigger. We owe this rewarding and indelible journey to our hardworking staff and loyal customers, who have never stopped supporting us since the beginning.
Thank you for fueling our passion for making great food. Thank you for opening your hearts to our family. Thank you for giving us this grateful opportunity to serve you all. It has been an honour to have everyone along for this journey with us. All the happiness and kindness we've received from you all are unmatched and will forever live in our hearts ❤️
Hopefully, we'll get the chance to say our goodbyes before the ownership transition, which will take place on January 2, 2023.
