Went into the kitchen to make brioche… because apparently one baking project is never enough. 😂
🍋🫐 Lemon blueberry custard brioche buns — soft, buttery, lemony, bursting with little Québec blueberries, topped with crumble and a blueberry-lemon glaze.
🥚 And because my kitchen clearly needed some balance… a crustless quiche made an appearance too.
Sweet. Savoury. Slightly chaotic.
Served to my family avec Amour, sarcasm & wittiness at no extra charge. 🤣

Thanksgiving came a little early this year. 🤍
I took some time to bake a little thank-you for someone who has stood by me through the past few months.
Grateful for the kind of friend who doesn’t just check in, but shows up and steps up when it matters.
A lemon blueberry Bundt felt like the right way to say thank you—with a little sweetness, of course. 🍋🫐

Baked Oats Meets Almond Croissant
When your dad loves his sweets but also needs to eat a little healthier… you bake your way around it. 😄🤍
Baked oats meets almond croissant: oats, frangipane, almonds and all the flavours of an almond croissant, just in a slightly more everyday form.
Because, as our parents get older, we find ourselves thinking a little more about how we can make the things they love work for them.
And honestly, one of my favourite things right now is simply having the time to bake for my parents and watch them enjoy it.
Some recipes are about experimenting.
Some are about feeding the people you love.
This one was a little bit of both. 🤍

Well… look who’s back in the kitchen. 👀🍰

I baked again! This time for my colleagues — because apparently I missed having flour all over my kitchen. 😂

I’m still not quite ready for markets or jumping back into full baking mode. Life has been a little… *life-y* lately, and sometimes you just need to step back, breathe, and give yourself a break.

So that’s what I’m doing. No rushing, no pressure — just baking when I feel like it. 🤎

Consider this a little *Saveurs et Sourires* soft launch back into the kitchen. 😉
