We're growing our team at Cafe at 3L.
We're looking for a part-time Barista who believes great hospitality is about more than making great coffee.
Of course, we're looking for someone with barista experience, but we're equally interested in finding someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome. Someone who notices the little things. Someone who understands that a smile, a conversation, and a thoughtful experience can be just as important as what's served in the cup.
At Cafe at 3L, everything is made on-site. Our chef prepares our menu, and our team helps finish, prepare, plate, and serve food throughout the day. If you have cooking or kitchen experience, that's a definite asset.
You might be a great fit if you: • Have previous barista experience • Love connecting with people • Take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences • Enjoy working in a team environment • Are comfortable helping with food preparation and service • Believe hospitality is an act of care
We're not looking for someone to simply take orders and make coffee.
We're looking for someone who wants to help create a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and excited to return.
