Celine is a new residential development under construction at the corner of Southdale Road West and Yorkville Street. It is 12 storeys, with 121 units offering a range of resident-focused amenities, including indoor and outdoor common spaces, a fully equipped fitness room, and both above- and below-grade parking. Twenty-one percent of the units are planned to meet barrier-free requirements.

The redevelopment of 310–320 North Park Street in Brantford for Leschuk Developments, includes an 11-storey residential building with 155 apartment units, a retained commercial building, and a detached two-storey parking structure at the rear.

The design responds to a complex urban site with significant grade changes, balancing housing, parking, and retail within a clear and efficient site layout.

My Sisters’ Place (MSP) is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive home environment that supports women through drop-in and wrap-around services. Many experience multiple vulnerabilities including gender-based violence, trauma, chronic mental and physical health challenges, homelessness or housing instability, substance use, and extreme poverty.

801 Sarnia Rd will soon be home to an 8-storey, purpose-built student residence. On a narrow, wedge-shaped site, this building uses a slim floorplate to maximize natural light, views, and cross-ventilation for 170 units. Recessed walls and full-height glazing carve light-filled niches, while locally sourced brick grounds playful steel siding above.

Zedd Architecture solved the challenges of the tight site, adjacent CN rail line, and surface-only parking by integrating outdoor amenities, rooftop terraces, community pathways, and bioclimatic yellow sunshades that reduce cooling loads and enhance comfort.
