It's May! 💐🌼
The time has arrived. The Annual Changeover sale begins today until the end of the month. Our store opens at NOON. There is a limit of four units per purchase. The sale will continue while quantities last. There are no rain checks and we do not have a list of flavours of inventory. A change over is a 5.7 litre tub of ice cream which is made when the factory line switches from one flavour to another. Change overs can also be made when there aren’t enough candies, or too much ripple, or the wrong ripple. Not mistakes so much as accidental brilliant creations. ❤️

We were absolutely blown away by the turnout today. So many of you came out to celebrate the first day of spring with us, and seeing everyone together made it truly special.

And how about that weather… ☀️ blue skies, sunshine, and the perfect day for ice cream. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We loved seeing so many of you embrace the tradition and show up in your summer gear… you brought the energy, the fun, and the spirit that makes this day what it is.

We’ll be honest… we had no idea just how many of you would come out. With that, we sincerely apologize for the long lines and wait times. We truly appreciate your patience and support more than you know.

This day continues to grow into something bigger every year, and it’s all because of you.

For as many years as we can remember, we’ve celebrated the arrival of spring the best way we know how… with ice cream and our incredible community ❤️

And we’re doing it again.

Karen is our Plant Manager and Head of Research & Development, and the meticulous mind and creative genius behind so many of the flavours that have been tantalizing taste buds across the country. From dreaming up new ideas to perfecting every batch that leaves our facility, Karen brings passion, precision, and an incredible standard of excellence to everything she touches.

Simply put — Karen is one of the best ice cream developers in Canada, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her leading the way.
